You will quickly become an integral part of the team in a fast-paced environment. You will need to have the desire to learn and hold excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Previous software experience is not required.
What to expect?
Our Young Professional Programme has been built to allow you to grow and develop into your best self. Based on a flexible 9–12-month plan, you will learn what it takes to become a consultant within a fast-growing dynamic, global business. Learning skills that will stay with you for life, you will achieve industry recognised qualifications, including IFS Applications and have a clear career development plan both during and after the programme finishes.
Consultants lead a varied lifestyle, so expect everyday to be different. You will become the expert and customers will listen very carefully to what you say, so clear, concise communication is key. Here at Cedar Bay, we live by the saying ‘there are no silly questions’, this channels through the whole business and everyone will always be willing to help you succeed. We always say to our team, be friendly, confident, and respectful and remember, your customer is your client. Ultimately, we want you to work hard, but let out some laughs along the way.
