Every year we look forward to the IFS UK&I User Group Event and this year’s Summer Conference was no different! As many of you know, last month members of the IFS User Group hosted a series of webinars. These covered a vast range of topics and aimed to encourage conversations within the community. Our business experts showed how we can help add value to your business. Whether you’d like to learn more about IFS Upgrades, or ways in which you can improve efficiencies, we’ve got a webinar for you!

Paperless Manufacturing

Kicking off our presentations, our CEO Roger Teagle and Senior Consultant Jay Hopkinson, completed their first session on Paperless Manufacturing with great success. They covered a variety of areas, using some of our customers to illustrate the opportunities that paperless manufacturing offers. For any of the attendees that have further questions, we’d love to talk to you. If you weren’t able to make the webinar, that doesn’t mean you have to miss out! We’ve included the recording of the presentation available to watch below. If you’d like to talk to Roger and Jay in more depth about the topic, they’d be happy to help. Watch here:

Lead by their Head of IT, Alistair Henderson who covered how they have worked with us to deliver, in a very short space of time, a complete integration of the their third party logistics (3PL) operator. The project used one of our software solutions called charIOT. charIOT enables customers to easily integrate all versions of IFS Applications with other applications and machines. In this case with the 3PL’s warehouse systems. If you missed the session, or would like to recap, watch below:

Upgrading: First Milk’s Experience

First Milk’s Michael Dick and our Sales Manager, Jo Rosser, joined forces to carry out a webinar surrounding the journey of upgrading to IFS Applications 10. This session showed how First Milk’s upgrade has helped them to deliver real business improvements. The focus of this upgrade was to improve business processes around the use of their solution. It was important for their business that this was viewed as not just a technical upgrade. Michael and Jo covered the best way to plan an implementation, whilst providing useful insights on how to engage users across the business.
