Timely and effective support is vital to ensure that you capitalise on the investments you have made with us. We have UK and US based support desks and these manage calls and responses using the same systems to give rapid responses to our customers.
Our staff are fully trained in the relevant aspects and work closely with the other areas of the business. When customer’s projects are handed over to the support phase they are given a support pack detailing processes to follow.
