We are now IFS Gold Channel Partners!
Over the last 10 years we have developed our relationship with IFS to become one of the foremost partners in our space. Being awarded the IFS Gold Channel Partner status demonstrates the success of this partnership and recognises the commitment that both parties have made, reflecting our capability in IFS Applications across sales, functional, technical and support aspects.
Roger Teagle, our MD, was very pleased to announce the accolade:

The Gold channel partner status recognises the rapid growth that Cedar Bay has undertaken to move from a predominately data capture business to now being able to successfully sell, implement and support IFS across a wide variety of business scenarios.

Sustainable business growth for the long term is key to our success. The Gold Channel status is a step along our maturity and growth plans, but it is vital that we focus on our customers at every step of the way.
Customer success is key and sharing knowledge amongst our customer base is part of our commitment to our customers. Just prior to the Covid-19 lockdown, we ran our own customer day ‘The Art of the Possible’ as a free event for our customers which was a great success, sharing stories of business improvements we have implemented.
In the lockdown period, we have started a series of free ‘World Class Manufacturing’ webinars which focus on the business opportunities using IFS Applications to improve our customers manufacturing processes. The first topic was Paperless Manufacturing as part of the IFS UK&I User Group Summer conference sessions. We welcome people to attend these to allow us to share our experiences.
The Future
We look forward to collaborating even more closely with IFS to bring continued value to every customer project. We are extremely proud of the achievement, thank you to our dedicated team, our colleagues at IFS and our customers for helping us grow and continue our journey.
