Cedar Bay aims to allow our customers, if required, to have a complete one stop shop for their implementation. To meet this objective we have expertise in Project management, Process design, Training, Hardware, Software, Infrastructure, and Printing and Media Technologies. Cedar Bay have a proven implementation methodology that puts a framework in place for our customers to complete a rapid implementation of projects ensuring they achieve a minimum time to benefit. All Cedar Bay staff have many years experience of implementing ERP, RF based solutions, and process design in manufacturing to enable rapid and efficient solutions.
As shown in the Implementation Plan, the project is split into a number of distinct sections.
The full range of Cedar Bay services normally begins with the Business Analysis Workshop, this identifies the key data flows that underlie daily business activity. We then map against the Cedar Bay solution . Non value added activities previously driven by the need for manual data capture can be questioned and a streamlined processes developed. The maximum simplification is desired to enable the minimum keystrokes for the user and highest accuracy levels. The design details the menu options required, labels prints, point of production of the labels, and the data validation required. As a result of this, the hardware can be identified and a survey carried out to define the wireless infrastructure.
Once the Business Analysis Workshop has been finalised, the Implementation phase can commence. The transactions will be configured tested and piloted. The hardware is installed and configured ready for the full conference room pilot. Once all tests have been passed a go live plan can be developed, the users trained and the system implemented.
